Account & Display Settings

In BimDT, you can access personal preference settings such as language, theme, and account management from the menu in the top right corner.

Changing Language

BimDT supports Turkish and English. To change the language:

The page does not reload; the language changes instantly.

Your language preference is maintained throughout your session.

Click the theme icon in the top right corner to switch between three options:

Icon	Theme	What It Does
☀️ Sun	Light	Always uses light (white) theme
🌙 Moon	Dark	Always uses dark (black) theme
💻 Monitor	System	Follows your computer's operating system theme

If you select System theme, BimDT automatically updates when you change your Windows/macOS/Linux dark mode setting.

Each company is assigned a unique company code by the system. You may be asked to share this code when opening a support request.

Where It Appears	Description
Navbar — top right corner	When logged in, the company code is displayed as a badge
Admin panel	The platform administrator sees each company's code

Always log out on shared computers. Closing the browser may not be sufficient.

Can I change my password?

This feature is not yet active. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the login page.

My theme preference resets every session, why?

Theme preference is stored in the local browser. If you're using a different browser or incognito tab, you may need to reselect it each time.

Can I change the company name?

Users currently cannot change the company name. Contact the platform administrator for this.
